BOARDS SET-UPS

INVERTED KINGPIN TRUCKS
Designed to avoid wobble effect and increase turning radius, this type of truck are the longboarding standard. Comes in different baseplate angles to modify stability or quickness.
SINGLE PIVOT TRUCKS
Specially made for cruising boards, this truck technology offers the most comfortable turning sensations. It’s self locking spurs makes wheel bites impossible with wheels up to 73mm.
CLASSIC TRUCKS
Traditional skate truck shape, made for street performance. Perfect for cruisers and classic oldschool boards. This truck geometry is adapted for park, bowl and big gaps.
COLOR TRUCKS
Hi resistance powder coating colouring process. Pigments are electrostatically applied and cured under heat. This process does not require solvent and provides hi abrasion resistant colour coating.
CONIC BUSHINGS
Conic bushings offers the better turn experience. By reducing the bushing base, the urethane distorts freely and allows the trucks to turn more. The board is swift, lively and perfect for cruising or carving.
BARREL BUSHINGS
When pushing big slides or downhill riding, you need added stability and optimal board control under your feets. This is what barrel bushings are made to…
BLACK CERAMIC BEARINGS
Si3N4 State of the art bearings, made to roll faster and last longer. Si3N4 Black Silicon Nitrid Balls – Full chrome inner/outter rings Dual sealed shields – Nylon 66 retainers Z2V2 grade, certified low noise and low vibration.
BLACK CERAMIC BEARINGS
ABEC 9 Built to the highest quality standards, Z3V3 certified. Full chrome inner/outter rings and balls – Dual sealed shields Nylon 66 retainers – Certified low noise and low vibration.
STANDARD BEARINGS
ABEC 7 The standard of skate bearings, full steel quality. Chromed steel inner/outter rings and balls Steel shields
Steel retainer
SUPERIOR URETHANE
Hi quality wheels & bushings. The AA SSHR compounds are by far the best P.U. formulas Our wheels are comfortable, roll fast and last longer, while our bushings offers the best rebound available.
ULTRA COARSE GRIP
An heavy coarse grit grip, made to offer maximum traction. The 36 grit is heavy and tough, it is recommended for Hi performance decks and hardcore practice.
CLEAR GRIP FINISH
A clear and grippy enduction, applied on the top of the board to protect the grafics of full designed boards. Made of clear coating and sand projection, the clear grip finish is not a hi-technical feature and may not be used on perf series.
DECKS FEATURES
ADJUSTABLE WHEELBASE
Multiple fixation holes on the nose and tail of the board, to adapt the wheelbase your stature or the way you ride. A long wheelbase will make your board stable, as a short one will make it swift and lively.
SINGLE CONCAVE
The classic skate concave, stiffen the boards and gives the feet a better slot in sensation. Concave deepness depends on the use and the stiffness you want to give the board.
FLATCAVE
The Flatcave is an angular version of the single concave, the central part is flat, while the sides are hi raised and gives a «Gas Pedal» effect to the deck.
DUAL CONCAVE
A double transversal concave (W shape) to make your board stiffer and stronger. The central bump perfectly fits your foot arch, and gives you natural placement infos.
NOSE KICK
A raised part at the nose of the deck, made for street manoeuvers.
Used on street cruisers, freestyle and techslide decks.
TAIL KICK
A raised part at the tail of the deck, made for street manoeuvers and feet support.
Used on cruisers, carving, freestyle and techslide decks.
ROCKER
The board profiles is curved down. It lowers the centre of gravity and neutralizes the boards flex offering a better board control. It also increases the truck angles and giving slightly more turn to your board.
CAMBER
The board profiles presents a domed cantilever aspects. The wood restraint, often obtained with a fiberglass layer insert, gives it more flex and bouncing effect. Perfect for pumping and pushing big carves.
STEP DECK
Also called pendular or dropped deck, this molding technology consist in a lowered central platform and raised kick and tail. The point of gravity is lower as usual decks. These boards are often used for pushing, downhill and slide.
DROP THROUGH SYSTEM
DTS Grooved nose and tail, to instal your truck base above the deck and reduce the center of gravity. A performant technology made for people searching a better board control for slide, freestyle and carving.
FLUSHMOUNT
A hollowed zone under the truck. The baseplate is recessed in the deck core to reduce the point of gravity and offer a maximum lateral maintain. Only available with M9 construction.
QUADRANT RAILS
Quadrant rails are made to offer extra grip by creating a sharp angle on the outline of the board top. This generates extra fulcrum zone and physically increase the concave deepness.
BEVEL RAILS
A decorative options, the lower rail is bevelled at a 50° angle. A clean and nice look for all retro models. Exclusive to our Stewart Surfboards Series !
COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL
The CNC machines offers an unrivaled level of precision when cutting shapes or trimming wheel grooves, flushmounts and options. CNC can also be used to lighten heavy boards or to cut-off composites inserts.
GUTTERS
Grooved gutters along the bottom rail. Gutters offer a better hand grip when catching the board during heavy slides.
Also use to lighten the decks.
WHEEL WELLS
A bumped zone above the wheels to avoid wheel groove bites.
It allows the board to take more angle or to use bigger wheels.
